Most scheduling programs require that the manager go to different screens, different sections and different data areas to update the employee records. With SchedFox employee scheduling, the updates can be made from one schedule screen.
Employee Search
SchedFox will search for employees by their first names, last names, addresses, zip codes and other variables to make scheduling easy.
Employee Data
No longer will you need to store bulky employee files. Your dispatchers can eliminate those sticky notes and card files. The Employee Data section does it all. Here is some of the information you can store in the employees data file:

Individual Employees Schedule
By clicking on the employee's name, your managers will be able to view their individual schedules. With just another click, your manager will be able to print their schedule. These functions make it fast and easy to communicate with your employees.
Updating Employee Data
Updating employee data is a breeze. Double click on the employee name and the data input page is ready to edit. The site administrator allows access to designated managers to make changes. Updating home and cell phones is easy. Everything can be programmed from the main schedule page.
Deleting Employees
Only authorize managers will have the ability to delete employees. This option is only needed to remove employees from the scheduling program that are no longer active. Actually the employees are never really deleted. Their data is permanently stored in the data base. Their names no longer appear on the active schedule, but they remain on past schedules and in the payroll files.
Suspend Employees
Employees that do not call in and do not show up for work are temporarily suspended from the schedule. Their shifts automatically appear open on the schedule. This avoids replacing an employee day after day. If the employee returns to work, then their data is easily restored. Until the situation is cleared up with your personnel manager, the employee's name goes into an inactive file .

Creating Locations
SchedFox creates easy forms to add new locations, positions or clients. Managers just click on the administration section and add the relevant location or position information. The location data form allows your managers to enter addresses, billing locations, restrictions, and general management information. If you need to change the name of a location, it is only a matter of making a simple edit.
The employee scheduling location feature allows your company to add different levels of communication and management contacts. There is no restriction on the number of extensions or contact names you can add at each location.
Searching Locations
The search feature allows you to search for a location o employee by location name, first name, last name or phone number. There will be no more embarrassing moments when you can't place the name of the employee, name of an account or the key management people at the location.
Client Notes
SchedFox allows you to create and store important notes. The specifics of each location is stored to ensure that your managers send only the right personnel to their account.
Billable and Non-Billable Equipment
Some accounts require billable and non-billable equipment for their locations. Golf Carts, pagers, keys, cell phones, supplies, time clocks and automobiles require constant inventory control. SchedFox allows you to keep track of this information and designate it as a billable or non-billable item.
Uploading Data
After your free trial offer, you'll be ready to convert all of your data to SchedFox. Instead of tediously typing in the data on each employee and client, SchedFox will upload the information for you. Your information must be stored in a comma delimited or access file.
Once the information is uploaded, you'll be ready to start. Just add your shifts using the drag and drop feature. The complete conversion for large companies can be done within a few hours. With Scheduling Master several users can work as a team to quickly make the conversion.
